"Mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien si uno va de vacaciones. Las habitaciones dan al estacionamiento y ya desde las 7.30 AM se escuchaban las puertas de los baúles de los autos bien fuerte. Problema de la gente, pero el personal no les decía nada. Lo mismo con los ruidos en la escaleras de arriba cuando bajaban a desayunar. Realmente te despertaban!! todos los dias."

"The place needs total renovation! The walls of the room have mildew, the toilet was clogged, the water from the shower stall permeates through the whole bathroom floor, making everything wet. Breakfast is poor with only fruit a banana, breads are small and not crispy. Staff is nice and courteous"

The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "My family and I stayed for 5 nights over the Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The hotel was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Its location is great, just a few minutes' walk from a nearby beach. The facilities for kids were also fantastic, featuring a large, staffed kids' club. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment room complete with kitchen."

"Staff may not have been well trained but were all extremely helpful and available in short notice. Bathroom has excellent shower head and very efficient water drainage, which is appealing to those who don’t like to see standing soapy water covering your ankles.The restaurant offers a reasonable variety of dishes at good prices. Very good location near commerce and restaurants at walking distance and an Easy ride to the beach. Overall, the hotel is a great value!"

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"
