The staff is super nice, the breakfast is good. The heat was capped out at 25C and the shower was cold. Not okay!! Won’t be back.

However, you had difficulties with the air conditioning in your room and also the shower was too cold. We are very sorry that the temperature was not as adjustable as it should be. In this case, and to make you feel more comfortable, we would have been happy to change your room if you had let us know at reception. We strive every day to make all our guests feel welcome and at home. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Superior room not really superior - felt standard. No ‘extra’ touches offered - even mulled wine was charged, although a nice touch. Overall felt very standard, and no luxurious or extra touches. No hand towel holder in bathroom

The property looks very new and is in walking distance to everything in Regensburg. I appreciate that the rooms don’t have carpet 😀👍 Hotel staff was very friendly! We will come back!

Angela, Philip & Olga were very friendly and we appreciated Angela's suggestions on where to go for beer gardens & food. Had small issue with shower upon arrival but it was corrected almost immediately. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

This hotel has everything to satisfy you traveling need. Location is perfect: very close from the railroad station as well as from the city center and from the Danube river. The staff is utterly friendly. The room is cozy, conveniently designed. Our stay in this place was very pleasant

Stayed here for 5 nights during the big festival in June 2023. Great place close to everything including the train station. Would recommend getting a larger room if your seat was over 2/3 nights!
