"The hallways had trash, smelled like dog urine, the elevator was disgusting, there was a bullet on the ground next to my car in the morning, and the exterior trash cans were overflowing. In the morning when I reported this they said there was nothing they can do about the dog urine or smell."

"Everything was modern and looked really nice here. Despite being a 2-star hotel, I could say it should be higher than that when you account for the cleanliness and availability of all the amenities. Would be staying here again when I visit Bothell!"
