"I travel annually for work cross country and typically stay at Hampton Inn Suites. This time I was given the business king size suite for the two nights in Temecula, California which was phenomenal. Spacious, mini kitchen, office table and huge bathroom. Although I am a Hilton Honors they could not accommodate my early check-in which I would imagine would be difficult to get anyone to leave after they were treated to such a delightful room. The only negative was no breakfast food on first morning as they were waiting on a supply truck. It wasn't that big of a deal for me aa a solo traveler, however an entire family staying for a few daya openly complained and rightfully so. If this happens often Management should offer breakfast vouchers for Denny's right down the street as there are several equally good hotels within a block which do not offer meals but are less expensive to stay at. Parking was free. However, they need more signage showing you how to get to their entrance as they share entry way with 2 other hotels and its a bit confusing. Staff was professional and personable. Especially the woman who works in the kitchen. You could tell she felt self conscious about the lack of food supplies which was most likely out of her control being the last day of the month."

"This motel is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient location, nice staff, great value. Breakfast was limited but included: breads, cereals, yogurt, juice, coffee. Housekeeping service is on request but when requested, very good. I needed a lightbulb replaced and it was done quickly. If you just need a clean, quiet, inexpensive place to lay your head for a couple of days in Temecula, this is it. "

"They kept the door locked at breakfast time. The toilet in bathroom kept topping off with water every 3 minutes. Hard to sleep."

"First off got put in a bad room. We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Was asked if we could get put to a better room And was told they would see what they could do. Never heard from anyone afterwards. The room needs to be updated. I was supposed to have a king's size and we got a queen. The shower didn't work right.I did let them know. I feel the money I spent .It was not worth it. I wish there was a way to get some kind of credit. So I can rent a different room to recelerate our anniversary. Thank you"
