"It rained the only time we had access to the pool but others were enjoying it when we arrived late in the afternoon. Area was clean. Staff was friendly& helpful. Main issues: glad we were on the 2nd floor as we used the stairs often. Left on Sunday (same time as many others, 11am) &EVERY time the elevator speed on our floor it was full (3 times). So I gave up and left via stairs. Breakfast was better than some places I've stayed but I expected more (no bagels or coffee lids) after reading reviews. They seemed either short handed or new staff in that dept. I appreciated how the staff handled issues, respectful & with grace (another guest made a couple messes accidentally)."

"The room was really nice . The hotel in general was nice. My kids loved the pool it was just a lil packed but overall it was awesome. Only issue we had is that the room had no ac, it had broke or something before we got there & didn’t notice till it started getting really hot in there. They didn’t have any other rooms so we stayed & they came and brought us 1 box fan but it was still pretty hot all night . Other than that everything was good. The room was very spacious . "
