The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. It was a good find on short notice just a minute or so from city centre. It included a kitchenette that could be very handy, and a clothes washing machine in the room! Ideal if you plan to stay a few days.
