"Parking was easy, the staff was friendly and accomodating and the room was clean The common areas were filthy, dining area, public bathroom, halls. The trash can in the dining area was so dirty I didn't want to get close enough to put trash in."

"Not sure-maybe under renovation? Lights put in lobby sitting area with stacked chairs. Bathroom off lobby was out of order. Rugs were very worn. The ‘Welcome to Baymont’ rug at front door was worn and filthy. Pool was empty with all sorts of equipment stored in and around it(not opening anytime soon). I was afraid to open the door to my room but-it ended up being very clean-just old and very worn. Marble table top missing off one of the nightstands. TV worked fine. Would not recommend. I was only there for a night-that was enough!"

"Ice maker did not make much ice. Did not receive the type of room reserved and wasn’t offered the difference in price I paid so I lost the money.No swimming pool was a negative. Room was clean and plenty of restaurants close by."

"Excellent. Newer hotel, clean and easy to get to. Parking on site and breakfast was great. Loved the Texas shaped waffles."

"The room was clean but the pillows were too big and stiff. Only one usb port in the room was in working order. At the price we paid, I expect everything to be in perfect working order. Also could use a little sound proofing between the rooms. Didn’t need to hear that."

"I was in Texarcana because my sister was not doing well. She passed away and we were leaving the day before our original booking. I spoke with the manager and she said they would contact Expedia to give a refund and they never did."
