Our room had ants in it. We asked for extra pillows & ended up falling asleep a hr later waiting for them to come. Never came.

Very clean and updated property. It was noisy due to the proximity to the freeway.

Booked online with Expedia for pet friendly hotel, walked in to check in and the staff presented like they had no idea that anyone would be checking in as well as saying they are not a pet friendly hotel. The staff was not inviting or friendly at all, if anything it looked like a very unprofessional lovey. Hardly looks like a hotel at all, no sign outside. Glad we walked away from this place.

We would like to apologize for the "no pet policy" we have in place, however we do accept service animals, as stated on the website. Thank you for your time to reply to the survey.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Very convenient location to the Bethel Conference we were attending. We appreciate the breakfast and would be happy to stay there again.

I wished the pool was a little bit more heated and I thought there would be a heated spa also.
The breakfast was ok, they could have done it better.
It was a clean hotel in fairness.
