"When we arrived, the guy at the front desk was nice and checked us in with no issues. However, there were people hanging around outside that were heavily intoxicated. When inside, we noticed a strong cigarette smell. We then got to our room, the floor was sticky, there was a stain on one of the bedsheets, and behind the bathroom door was not cleaned properly either. The people outside were trying to speak to my wife and little girl and she was extremely uncomfortable. Ultimately we checked out and left and found a hotel elsewhere. We explained this to the hotel desk employee and he was understanding."

"These people in liaison with Expedia ripped me off my money I paid I paid for 3 different rooms for 2 night stay Paid insurance Cancelled the booking and never got refund aside for one Expedia ran me around . Then the hotel also told me they cannot refund My money and my insurance paid all gone "

"The room was dirty, very dingy, the remote didn’t work, the fridge was nasty just everything. The worst extended stay I have ever been at. I only stayed one night and got the refund back for the rest of my money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND "
