We booked a weeks break with another couple, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel was spotlessly clean and service was excellent. The food was great and also the themed restaurants were excellent especially the Alexandria. Kareem who worked on the 24hour lobby bar was funny, very polite and looked after us.

Excellent hotel for adults, nice beach and the variety of food is very good. The rooms in the new building are fantastic also. Special thanks to Omar and Hassan in the reception desk, and Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz and Abdou in the Italian restaurant Basilico.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. The amenities in the hotel were fantastic especially the La Perla spa on level 2. Overall nothing to fault with this hotel. They even had a snack shop to buy any drinks or souvenirs. Thank...

This was an excellent experience on all levels, they arranged our transfer from Airport no problems at check in, complimentary cold drink waiting at the check in desk. Food was of a high standard and varied each day, specials offered each day in main restaurant. The food at the different bars around the pool and on the beach also very good. Room we had was a pool/sea view, quite spacious very clean, good cleaning service, bed was a little hard but that is a personal point, it certainly did not...

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel shukran! Siva

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Mnóstwo zajęć na miejscu, długa ścieżka do spacerów, potężne jedzenie

This is the third time we have been back to the akassia. We love the hotel, the staff, the fantastic dive school and the house reef. You couldn’t do better!!

Stunning hotel, rooms were clean and spacious, shower was fully working. The beach and pools were extremely enjoyable (especially diving and snorkelling on the reef). All of the staff were very kind and welcoming; the customer service representative was excellent at e-mailing any responses to questions prior to our visit as well. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail paid to each visitor, they really went out of their way to make you feel special. Recommend 100% to all.

Rooms are spacious, grounds and pool areas very well maintained and staff very accommodating and helpful.

Good

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a disappointing stay at another hotel not too far away, as it was my wife's birthday, we booked online for the remaining 6 days of our holiday. From the moment we walked into reception with an efficient booking in and refreshing cold drink we were highly impressed with everything about the hotel. We were shown to our room which was clean, modern and spacious and our luggage was then brought to us within minutes. We had been given 2 key cards along...

The Captain's Inn is a really nice hotel with polite, helpful and friendly staff. The location is excellent and although they don't have their own pool, you are able to use the beaches at Moods for free which is a real bonus, as almost all of the hotels and beaches charge. We would recommend you ask the staff for advice re. any trips or excursions you want to book as they will find you a better rate than advertised. Our particular thanks to Marko who arranged a half day snorkeling trip for us on...

Excellent service 20/10- Sara on reception was the most attentive worker we have ever come across always making sure she/ the hotel was meeting our needs. We watched their exemplary care for a lady in a wheel chair and gave praise via feedback to reception about a brilliant bar man Moustafa on the pool bar who came to thank us for our kind words.

It’s very nice for relaxing and the beach is sandy. The food is very good with varities.

The staff at this hotel treat is like friends as we are now on our 5th stay. But, the were extremely welcoming even on our 1st visit. We really look forward to coming here for the atmosphere and relaxation. It's 4 star accommodation with 10 star staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the food never leaves us disappointed. The chefs, cleaners, gardeners, barmen all take a lot of pride in their jobs and genuinely seem to be interested in getting to know you and remember you favourite drinks, food...
