"The evening gal was not friendly at all. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for her and it was an inconvenience when she checked us in. She also had a couple people just hanging around. Opposite for the morning staff they were great. Our room needed some TLC. Shower door would not close, carpet squares coming up and some were not attached. Breakfast was decent. Location was good."

"This is a really poor quality for Hilton. Think Motel 6. Clean. Thin towels. Single ply toilet paper. Super thin walls! Breakfast consists of bagels and oatmeal."

"My favorite hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are so beautifully appointed with real wood furniture, very nice drapes and comfortable bedding. Nice coffee pot & coffee. Delicious breakfast buffet. And on campus! "

"I scheduled this room with free cancellation however, when I decided to only stay two nights instead of three I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel without losing my reservation for every night due to the hotel being sold out. I tried three times to cancel one night within 6 MONTHS of the reserved dates. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was hotels.com not allowing me to change reservation but when talking to hotels.com I was told it was the hotel not allowing me to change. I don’t know who was taking advantage of the situation but I will be cancelling my hotels.com account and will consider a different hotel next time. Hotel was fine but extremely dissatisfied with both parties."
