The door had air cracks around it and the deadbolt did not lock. I didn't feel unsafe because it's such a small rural area, but I'm glad I wasn't alone. Parking is great - 20 feet from our room. It wasn't necessary to use the heat or the A/C so I'm not sure if they work well.
