The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had issues with my CC and they had no issues working things out with me to my full satisfaction. I will stay here again if I am in town and would recommend it to anyone.

The room had an odd odour and the bed blanket was stained. Even getting extra blankets, they had cigarette burns on it. Not the worst place we have stayed at in Red Deer.

The staff were extremely helpful. My car was couldn’t start and they helped me a lot in trying to get it going. No hesitation at all from them. They also called me on my way home to let me know we had left a charger in the room. Very nice and helpful staff

Nicely maintained Property specifically interior, do not go by exterior look. Well maintained furniture, renovated Bathroom. Serves continental breakfast too. Quite place, lots of options for food / fast food / Gas etc all just stone throwing distance away.

Our one night stay at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Red Deer was excellent. The staff were polite, kind, and very accommodating and when we were faced with the dilemma on how we were going to be able to get to our bus to head home back to Calgary the owner offered to take us to the bus station. That subsequently saved our butts as we are now back safe and sound in Calgary. We appreciated that so much. As for the remainder of my review, the property was clean and the room was well kept and the price was affordable. We will definitely book another room here should we return to Red Deer again in the future, thank you for the wonderful stay.
