"I never leave a review and I believe 5 stars should mean that it exceeded expectations. The hotel was nice, clean, and well managed which i knew it would be. "The hotel was in an ideal location with a balcony overlooking the Recoleta. The hotel is next to bars and restaurants which were busy at night but the room was very well sound-proofed so we were never bothered by any noise. The room was very spacious and the beds was very large and the bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. The bathroom was modern and spacious with a good shower. The breakfast menu offered much the same as other hotels we stayed in in Latin America but the quality was better. The reception staff were really pleasant and helpful and assisted us with copying and printing documents on a couple of occasions. The reception was manned 24 hours a day and the front door was locked and needed to be opened by the reception staff which gave a good sense of security. I feel that the hotel offered very good value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other travellers."
