As pessoas que trabalham lá são muito prestativas, educadas, o café da manhã excelente, mas os quartos deixam muito a desejar, lençol, travesseiro, toalhas muito ruim.

5 estrelas para o atendimento da Milena, da Ines e do atendente da noite. Quanto à acomodação é bem simples. Embora limpas, as roupas de cama e de banho estavam desgastadas, puídas. Não tem estacionamento no local e é difícil estacionar na rua.

Minha estadia foi ótimo, os funcionários do hotel são prestativos e gentis. Um ponto que sugiro melhora é a internet, pois na acomodação que me instalaram, quarto 09, o sinal do wi-fi não funcionou em nenhum dos dias em que estive hospedado.

Super confortável, lindo e proximo a mercados/farmacia/padaria, ha 2 quadras da praia e barzinhos na orla...creditos para o atendete Monteiro, sempre atencioso e muito educado, um amor! E tbm para nulher que faz o cafe da manha maravilhoso...muito simpática! Quartos sao limpo e confortáveis, lugar silencioso.

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício! Estruturalmente tem alguns probleminhas mas nada que atrapalhou em minha estadia. Os funcionários são ótimos e atenciosos!! O café da manhã é simples mas muito gostoso e ainda fazem tapioca, ovos e cuscuz na hora para você!

A melhor de Recife!

Tive uma estadia de 10 dias e foi muito tranquilo...cafe da manha maravilhoso e quarto mega confortável, TV Smart! Adorei td, principalmente o recepcionista Monteiro e a moça que faz o cafe da manhã é um amor! Ela faz na hora tapioca, ovos, salsicha, cuzcuz... Sugestão: trocar as toalhas de banheiro.

Boas estadias

Já é a segunda vez que fico no hotel, pois tem um ótimo custo-benefício. A localização é ótima, café da manhã bom (sem tantas opções, mas tem tapioca, cuscuz, ovos, salsicha, salada de frutas tudo feito na hora), e os quartos que fiquei foram confortáveis. Os pontos negativos é que não possui estacionamento e a rua é bem movimentada devido a restaurantes e prédios, dificultando estacionar na rua (não tem nem onde parar qnd vc chega com as malas), porém, tem um estacionamento pago um pouco à frente (do verde frut, que custa $25 a diária), e o hotel é pequeno, dependendo do quarto pode ser que se escute algum barulho…

Escolhi o hotel pelas avaliações mas, a despeito do atendimento e do pessoal do hotel ser sensacional, me decepcionei com a estrutura. Primeiramente, não tem elevador e a única escada que tem está bem bamba. Segundo, o quarto é SUPER simples e com muitos defeitos: o banheiro estava com ferrugem, o móvel de cima estava inchado e o que eu achei pior, o cobre leito que tinha na cama de casal era o de uma cama de solteiro só que posto na horizontal (nossa sorte é que o quarto tinha outra cama de solteiro e pegamos o cobre leito dela para cada um dormir com um). Terceiro, a acústica do prédio é péssima e qualquer barulho do lado de fora do quarto, parecia que estava dentro.

This place does not qualify as a hotel/boutique hotel/ whatever they wanna call it. The day I checked in they had to move me to another room cause the wifi and tv weren't working. In the new room it was the same bit worse since the AC kept leaking overnight and flooded the entire room. I was lucky my bags didn't get damaged cause I kept them on the bed. Entire place stank so bad and the there was mold everywhere. Absolutely zero ventilation and they moved me back to the initial room on the third day since they couldn't fix the AC-just put towels on the floor to soak the water up and the staff came and replaced the towels every few hours. Pool was never cleaned and their waste management is also a joke, the whole place literally STANK 24/7. The showers aren't fully closed off as well so every time you shower you're bound to flood the entire washroom unless you put multiple towels to stop it. Also the bedsheets and towels were not clean at all and caused skin issues. They literally dry the sheets towels on a drying rack outside and none of the sheets/pillowcases were clean. Absolute disaster of a place, only thing keeping it running is the staff
