Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

Beautiful resort
The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

Amei o hotel..a área externa é lindissima...o café da manha é muito bom...só nao gostei do apartamento...velho. precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Quando reformar...voltarei com certeza. Meu sobrinho de 4 anos amou. Lugar maravilhoso para crianças.

Fotos enganam e musica alta.
Bem, com o valor da diária eu optaria na proxima vez por um ambiente melhor e que corresponda melhor as fotos. Os quartos não são exatamente como nas fotos e precisam de um upgrade. Levou 30 min para fazer o check-in, foi o hotel mais burocratico para se fazer um check-in. A musica ambiente é muito alta e as musicas parecem mais que estamos em uma micareta, não é um lugar adequado para descansar. O meu unico elogio para para a equipe do restaurante, que sempre ofereceram um ótimo atendimento e muito amigaveis. Em especial a Nadine, que nos atendeu alguns dias gostamos muito.

They were renovating and my room had a hammock inside but no hook for it. Buffet food was average (not great) which then made it be a hotel with pool basically and i am not sure it’s worth pay for a resort to be a room with pool and dangerous ocean in front.

Let’s be honest here. My stay wasn't what I expected; this hotel can't be named a “resort.” The rooms are dated, lack of cleaning and the Staff is unprepared. It was overpriced for the experience. Positive: breakfast, food in general, and location Cons: customer service, room, and receptionists unprofessional

This is solely on our experience. When we arrived the room was depressing and not at all what we asked for. They where nice enough to switch us rooms. However the bathroom stunk like throw up and wasn’t cleaned properly, a maid had to come to fix the issue. Most of the staff was really nice and tried to make our stay enjoyable, though there are a couple people who just don’t like their jobs and made it known that they didn’t care to be there. For what we paid I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Very disappointed !

Amazing experience
The overall experience at Village was outstanding. From upon arrival to departure the staff was outstanding... top notch. I had several requests given it was my wife and my honeymoon and they went over the top! The grounds were also very well kept and very clean. The food overall was very good and there was plenty to do at the location. I honestly think what made the stay so amazing was the staff and their responsiveness and professionalism. Big shout outs to Roberta and Joao, and for the wait staff Rodrigo and Aline. If I ever have my own hotel I would hire them in a second!

Nice Hotel on the Beach
This hotel is mostly for families with young children. There are several activities for kids. It is fine for adults too. The hotel staff is wonderful! The rooms were cleaned, the pools were nice, the breakfast was excellent! It is not a "cozy" hotel, and the rooms do not really have an ocean view. But are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are well kept. We did not dine at the hotel, but we had appetizers and drinks and they were very good. They also have night activities for the adults. It is very close to the Porto de Galinhas beach. Which is a must for a visit. When you go to the beach, do not go towards the town where everyone goes. Instead drive or walk a bit more south (as you face the ocean, walk to your left). Just a few feet away the beach is much quieter and there are several natural pools there. The town is wonderful and the restaurants are amazing! A great experience!

The hotel in general looks nice but needs a little TLC. Unfortunately, I had bad experience with the breakfast since it offered poor variety and and amount of food was not constant on the table and we had to to wait long time to get served again. The fruits in general were the worse quality very acid for not been either ripe enough especially for being Brazil a good fruit cheap supplier. You could find someone in a traffic light selling better products. The food from the restaurant is in general very pricey and poor elaborated. I asked for "carne the sal" which came cold and literally the meat without seasoning. The worse part was when I asked for my balance: From 202 reals (Brazilian money) that I owed, I was getting charges for 404. It costed me a lot of aggravation to get the right amount. Actually I think the place is not worth for the price I paid.

Loved it!! Highly recommend it.
Had a great time staying here. Everything was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was further from Porto De Galinhas town than what it seemed on the map, but this was fine as we had a car and we were happy spending a lot of time at the hotel cause it was so nice and chilled. The hammocks are an amazing touch! Thanks for a great stay!

A very nice hotel
The swimming pools are great, and the gardens are beautiful. The hotel has a great family atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. The room was very nice, with a nice balcony, but there was a poor flow from the sink taps in the bathroom. The hotel is not noisy at night, which is good if you want to sleep. There are great Sporting facilities in the pools and elsewhere. I have been to this hotel twice and I would really recommend it. It would be better if more staff spoke English though. Like many places in Brazil though, the access road was uneven and needed improving. I was not expecting such a fantastic hotel at the end of a disorganized back street. The beach is so beautiful. While swimming is discouraged due to undercurrents, I think that it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. The beach and sea are so beautiful and walking there is amazing.

Nice kid-friendly resort
They have four pools, two of which are shallow enough for toddlers. Their kid-playing area is very convenient, locating next to the pools, and staffed during the day time. The staffs were very friendly and helpful even though they didn't speak English well. However, the rooms were not well-maintained and had some electrical and pest-control issues. And the food was a little bit salty to me.

Temporada vale a pena no Village porto de galinhas
Excelente estrutura física e de funcionários. Todos muito gentis empenhados em atender o melhor possivel os hóspedes muito educados. Excelente café da manhã bem como as refeições disponíveis. Gostaria de salientar a eficiencia das pessoas que nos atenderam.mais diretamente com destaque para Rafaela, Leila, Rubenita (Nita) Gildelia, Raimundo , Ivonildo e os demais que trabalham no café da manhã no anexo da piscina. Bom entretenimento infantl e adulto. Recomendo a todos interessados em conhecer Village Porto de Galinhas.

Não valeu a pena fechar o pacote de pensão completa, as opções de almoço e jantar eram sempre as mesmas, mesmo com o menu "Volta ao mundo", as variações nos pratos principais eram pouco perceptíveis, por exemplo, todos os dias a carne era uma maminha com uma pequena variação de molho e sempre muito gordurosa. O hotel estava extremamente cheio nos útlimos dias de estadia, o estacionamento não comportou a quantidade de pessoas, improvisando vagas. Não ficou claro na reserva que o acesso aos quartos ficaria via escada, o acesso ao segundo andar com crianças pequenas é ruim. De coisas boas, a equipe de entretenimento do hotel é excelente, o espaço do quarto é muito bom e a área de lazer é perfeita. O hotel vale a pena, só não vale pagar pelo regime de pensão completa, a alimentação peca bastante.
