Foi uma viagem com amigos, somente para passar 1 dia em Porto de Galinhas. A pousada é simples, porém bem limpinha e fomos muito bem recebidos, pertinho do centro, a localização é ótima!!! Estávamos em Maceió e alugamos de última hora, foi de acordo com nosso custo e benefício.

Pontos positivos Limpeza, organização e localização bem próximo a pracinha central de Porto de Galinhas. Ponto negativo Alguns funcionários, exceto os da recepção, não tem educação com os hóspedes, por diversas vezes demos bom dia, sem recebermos respostas.

Minha reserva foi para acomodação "Quarto casal standard de uso individual". Pelas fotos e descrição consta que teria cozinha americana, microondas, uma mesinha com cadeiras e NÃO HÁ NADA DISSO. É sim uma simples suíte, bem espaçosa - cheguei a questionar com a atendente disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Ao chegar o quarto estava com leve cheiro de mofo como saímos e deixei o ar ligado ao retornar estava razoável. O café da manhã condiz com as imagens - tem variedades e bem saboroso. Os funcionários, na medida do possível, são bem prestativos. Quanto a distância na praia, achei razoável ( condiz com a descrição). A saída a noite é bem tranquila, ruas bem iluminadas. No mais, minha real decepção foi que reservei uma certa acomodação e me colocaram em outra.

Pousada simples localização excelente,precisa melhorar a tampa do vaso estava quebrada,internet não pega de jeito nenhum,se precisar de cobertor tem que pagar,funcionários prestativos e educados em especial atendente Ana Kiara,café da manhã simples mas bom pelo custo benefício.predio não tem elevador o café é servido no último andar ,importante ressaltar se tiver algum problema com escada não serve.

Primeiro dia não tivemos boa experiência fomos em três casais quatro locado antes chegamos lá cheiro de mofo bem tínham limpado quarto porém outro dia limparam ele ficou perfeito mas faltou alguns itens que estava a disposição na locação como micro ondas e fogão, portaria toda vez não tinha ninguém fora disso correu TD bem

Pior estadia que tive até hj, cheguei a pousada e não havia quarto para a minha família. Nos colocaram em uma casa com um cheiro muito forte de mofo a ponto de minha filha não conseguir dormir. Após contato com a responsável via whatsapp a mesma orientou que eu procurasse aonde eu fiz a reserva e pedisse que fosse relocado em outra pousada e que eu podia ficar a vontade. Por fim fiquei muito decepcionado com o tratamento da responsável. No segundo dia após várias reclamações nos mandaram para a pousada, que o nosso quarto estava com o assento sanitário quebrado e demorou três dias para a troca do assento. Café da manhã péssimo, não tinha nem manteiga que é o mínimo do mínimo

Quando chegamos à pousada, estava sem energia elétrica. Durante à noite no mesmo dia, faltou água e não voltou, apenas, no quarto em que estávamos. Solicitamos a troca de quarto, trocamos para um quarto que não estava higienizado e nem sequer as camas estavam forradas, notamos que o ar-condicionado dessa nova acomodação estava sem funcionar e novamente solicitamos a troca de quarto. O responsável pela pousada que estava no momento, disse que a acomodação que estávamos estava em manutenção, mas mesmo assim nos colocaram lá. Solicitamos novamente a troca de quarto, mas nos colocaram em um quarto duplo, quando na realidade pagamos por um triplo. Vale salientar, que os quartos estão sucateados, com os eletrodomésticos sem funcionar. Por fim, na nossa última diária entramos em contato com a responsável pela pousada, que foi extremamente incompreensiva com as nossas queixas e inclusiva nos ridicularizou pelo ocorrido!!!! SHOW DE HORRORES
