Podia ser melhor.

A acomodação é boa , mas houve intercorrências, a saber: o aparelho de ar condicionado do quarto não tinha controle remoto, estava em temperatura muito baixa, tive que recorrer à recepção que mandou um funcionário ao quarto, o qual levou um controle remoto, aumentou a temperatura do ambiente e levou o controle com ele. O chuveiro não tinha pressão e emitia um filete de água rente à parede, desmontei o tal chuveiro e recoloquei-o no lugar e ele funcionou normalmente. O restaurante do hotel é fraco, com poucas opções no menu e mal elaborado. O café da manhã é médio, sem requinte. O quadro de pessoal é bastante atencioso.

Em Viagens de trabalho um dos meus critérios de escolha de hotel é possuir academia. Este hotel deveria ter vergonha de dizer q possui academia, pois o “espaço” que chama de academia é vergonhoso! Espaço não tem ar condicionado, se quer um ventilador... o único aparelho de musculação é obsoleto e mal cuidado, 2 esteiras tb obsoletas que servem apenas para caminhadas. Não tem se quer um colchonete!

Tivemos uma péssima experiência nesse hotel. O hotel eh antigo e precisa de uma reforma e/ou modernização das instalações. Caso precisem de um hotel nessa região... recomendo o LUZEIROS... fica próximo ao Riomar... que por sua vez eh próximo deste hotel othon.
