Convenient & good

Close to old town which is where the action Is around Carnival. Nothing much around it but better that further south. It’s right at Marina if you are a boater.

O hotel é incrível, a localização é excelente, o quarto perfeito, mas o serviço de dia de Noiva que contratei para o Casamento e de Noite de Núpcias não funcionaram! Inicialmente, o serviço contaria com Early Checkin, mas os funcionários não se sabiam onde alocar e se tinha algum quarto. Não existia nenhuma decoração diferenciada, bem como, porque atrasamos 5 minutos no checkin, não tinha sido servido o café da manhã. Também não foi avisado que não poderia ser feito e até agora não foi reembolsado o serviço de SPA, apesar de que tinha informado com antecedência que a minha Esposa estava grávida. Após, os funcionários se imbuíram para ajudar, mas ficamos bem tristes com o que aconteceu, bem como o reembolso prometido ainda não foi feito.

Quando entrei no quarto o chão estava imundo de poeira, parecia qus há meses não limpavam. Funcionarios da recepção aparentemente sobrecarregados, consequentemente mau humorados. Estacionamento terceirizado caro e com abordagem incompatível com o nível do hotel. Estrufura muito boa, mas foi decepcionante.

Foi uma hospedagem muito boa, a tarifa eh alta em se tratando de Recife, mas o hotel oferece muito mais do que seus conterrâneos, com detalhes q os outros nao oferecem: parabems pelo espaco da piscina, ao otimo restaurante e seu cafe da manhã primoroso. Quarto de tamanho padrao, mas com decoração moderna. A Marina do hotel eh um lugar muito bonito e bem cuidado.Vale a pena ir e voltar ao Novotel Marina Recife

O hotel é super bonito, confortável e agradável! Tem uma vista espetacular e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Já tinha me hospedado uma vez e voltei com a família. O único ponto a melhorar é o check-in. A pessoa que me atendeu não conseguiu localizar minha reserva corretamente e afirmava que minha reserva era apenas para uma pessoa, mas foi resolvido rapidamente. O isolamento acústico do quarto poderia ser melhor uma vez que dava para ouvir o barulho do trânsito da rua para a qual o quarto era voltado.
