O condomínio é antigo mas atende ao proposto e tem boa localização. O apartamento deixa bastante a desejar e precisa urgentemente de manutenção. A Carneiros Temporada que administra a residência, não faz vistoria pré check in. Chegamos e encontramos mal cheiro nos quartos e piso sujo, infiltrações nas paredes da suíte, roupa de cama e banho sujas de hospedes anteriores emboladas no armario, teias de aranha e lodo no banheiro, portas empenadas, descarga extremamente barulhenta, controles de ar sem pilha, TV da sala não funciona, colchão partido ao meio, além de entregarem o enxoval incompleto. Todos esses pontos foram imediatamente relatados com fotos e videos logo após o check in, mas apenas após acionar o Hoteis.com, a recepção do condomínio e ligar diversas vezes para o celular de contato, as pilhas e roupa de cama foram entregues. Ficaram de fazer uma limpeza na manhã seguinte, a qual eu autorizei mas não apareceram. Perguntei sobre a possibilidade de outro apartamento, já que administram vários no local e ignoraram. Comunicação falha com respostas automáticas, apenas informando que reportaram a gerência. Não deveriam cobrar taxa de limpeza e enxoval. Precisam rever o conceito de hospitalidade e gestão do ambiente.

O lugar é lindo. O complexo do resort é muito bonito e bem cuidado. Mas o responsável do flat que eu fiquei é pessimo. Os problemas levantados não foram resolvidos. Compra a parte roupa de cama e toalha, mau lavada, rasgada e de pessima qualidade. Eletrodomésticos velhos é mau funcionamento.
