The property is very clean and nice. I really enjoyed the festivities and how the staff are so nice and friendly especially with children. It was a fun few days and the kids loved it. I would definitely go back.

Recreation was amazing!!! Bars unbelievable (But did not have Blood Mary), breakfeast spectacular! Overall great place to stay with family with children.

Resort is beautiful and well-kept. The food at the restaurant buffet is excellent. Great variety of items for breakfast. The beach is wonderful. On the negative side, all guests were eating indoors when everyone knows that that's the worst thing you can do during the pandemic. We would get our food and walk outside to eat at one of the outdoor tables. Brazilians did not seem to care as they would all eat indoors. Really a shame!

Awesome Stay in Porto de Galinhas
Great experience at Armação Resort. Clean and comfortable rooms, delicious meals and plenty of activities for the kids. Nice swimming pools and great view of Porto de Galinhas beach.

Hotel was great! I was concerned about one of the review that said the hotel has a street in the middle of the hotel, since I have small kids. In fact, the hotel has a little street that goes across, but it is very calm and a lot of people watching. Include the security guards.

Very good hotel
Very nice hotel. Overall, we had a great experience. Beach is not adequate for swimming, but as we had a car we could easily go to other beaches during the day.

Not as nice as it looks. The hotel is old and it shows. The food was OK, but the rooms are not as clean nor comfortable as expected.

The Hotel is a little priced high for what you get. The room was nice. Unfortunately they put me in a room where there were working on a room right above mine. All day long I had to listen to electric saws, talking and pounding. I came to relax and not hear that noise. If they had to do the work then don't book people in the room beneath it. If you do, start work after breakfast when people are out and about. They also were using leaf blowers during the evening when we were back in the room trying to relax for the night. Can't you start at 10 am and finish by 6 pm???? Also My wife and I bought food at the restaurant service window and were watching the musical show. It started raining and we asked if we could sit inside. They told us that we weren't allowed. WHAT??? Did you forget that I'm a paying customer???? I bought the food from the restaurant!!!! Bottom line the people who run the hotel need to go to Cancun and learn something. I've stayed at many places and this place rated just OK. One other thing, the hotel is across the street from the ocean. Forget an Ocean view..... so there you have it....disappointed? YES, would I go back? NO, not to this place.

Nice hotel in a beautiful beach. The staff is professional and helpful. The provided breakfast is real good. Porto Gallinhas is wonderful. The beach is fantastic. No complains at all for what it was a great week.

Custo benefício razoável, a comida nem tanto...
Quartos amplos, limpeza razoável, boa localização em frente a praia mas necessita carro para ir ao centrinho. O mar é agitado, mas nada que estrague ou atrapalhe. A recreação é variada, mas não tem controle de recepção e entrega das crianças. A rua entre a praia e o hotel é bem tranquila (parece rua de condomínio) e ainda o hotel disponibiliza dois profissionais para ajudar a atravessar. Café da manhã bom, almoço normal e janta era a sobra do almoço. Infelizmente toda a família apresentou sintomas de gastroenterite, por isso cuidado. Perdemos um dia passando mal. Outros hóspedes também tiveram sintomas semelhantes.

O hotel é ideal para uma viagem com crianças. A estrutura é muito boa, com 3 piscinas aquecidas e a área interna agradável. O quarto com um tamanho bom, limpeza impecável o atendimento da equipe muito profissional. Nas noites que estive lá teve programações noturnas interessantes para adultos e crianças.

Bom e confortável
Hotel em geral bem cuidado, limpo, funcionários atenciosos e educados. Comida na média é boa, às vezes regular, outras vezes excelente (poderia ter um lanche à tarde...) A praia em frente é de mar aberto, com ondas fortes e inspira cuidados. O transporte até Porto é fácil e barato, para quem não quiser ir andando pela praia. O resort não chega a ser um Nannai de Muro Alto mas é bem confortável e voltaríamos a nos hospedar por lá.

Apesar de termos ficado em um quarto de frente para a rodovia e por isso bem barulhento e o nosso ar condicionado que estava pingando água e não gelava muito bem, consideramos a nossa estadia muito boa pelo atendimento e dependências do hotel. Destaque especial pra Adriana, atendente do café da manhã que faz a tapioca. Muito simpática e prestativa

Espetacular.. uma boa palavra para resumir a estadia.. os recreadores são incríveis e fazem com que as crianças fiquem bem a vontade e ocupadas com brincadeiras, oficinas etc. Única observação que tenho é com relação ao banheiro do quarto que possuía alguns vazamentos da torneira da pia e do box.. mas a equipe de limpeza sempre deu conta e deixava o quarto sempre bem limpo o organizado.

Foi maravilhoso, tudo de bom o funcionário Carlos um amor de pessoa muito prestativo, a Adriana nem se fala faz uma tapioca maravilhosa, e muito prestativa. Enfim todos os funcionários prestativos. Só poderia acrescentar no café da manhã a máquina de caputino, pois um hotel desse porte poderia colocar uma, mais no todo nota dez.

Minha estada foi bastante agradável. O atendimento é maravilhoso e as acomodações confortáveis. Como sugestão, sugiro melhorar o cardápio dos bares da piscina. São bem restritos em relação a petiscos e drinks. Também tive dificuldade em fazer pedidos nessa área, pois os garçons raramente circulam. Por que não utilizam o sistema de campainha que ao apertarmos o botão que encontram-se nas mesas, os garçons recebem a informação em relógios de pulsos com a indicação da mesa que deseja fazer um pedido.
