She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers."

"The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight. "
