After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. It feels sophisticated, comfortable, and authentic all at once. Just stay here. You will understand immediately why it stands out above the rest. Special thanks to Elie at the front desk.

Recently rented 3 rooms for my Dad's 80th birthday. Overall, everyone had a great experience. Check in was easy, hotel/condo is brand new, very clean, and stay went well. It's a newer build, so the walls are a little thin, but it didn't cause any problems during the stay. Everyone was very friendly. Next time we're back in the area, this property will be on our list for consideration. Special thanks to Rebecca, Liza, Johvanne (maintenance), and the rest of the team! Fastest room service I’ve experienced. Had to stop by the front desk to let them know. Couldn’t hang up the phone fast enough before room service was at the door. Water view room was perfect has well as the staff was very helpful. Pleasant stay. Conveniently located near food and shops.
