Room was disgusting....floor not swept, things sticking to our feet. Toilet paper didnt't have a holder, shower disgusting wouldnt take a shower. Heater didn't work. Dogs barking and people knocking on our room door...felt unsafe.

Room was not clean. Handles falling off drawers. Cover on heating unit fell off. Almost non existent continental breakfast. Mismatched furnishings. If it had not been for our late arrival I would have demanded a refund. Never staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also not use Hotels.com as a booking ...
