"The room was clean…"

"The hotel was under renovation. We stayed on the first floor which was not under renovation. The carpet was stained everywhere. The safety lock on the door was broken. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and moved when turned on - needs replacement. There was no hot water in the shower - I had to take a cold shower, and Dave did not get to take one. We should receive some kind of credit for that. There was no coffee maker (although there was coffee in the room). We had to request a coffee maker and hand towels. There were only 2 bath towels and a shower mat in the room. The breakfast was OK. Staff was polite and helpful. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Once the renovations are done, it should be better - not recommended at this time."

"The overall experience was fantastic. I did encounter a minor issue..while checking, the attendant was trying to charge me for the room. I explained that I had already paid for the room via Expedia…I showed my receipt… and they still had to verify with management. I’m not sure exactly, but after a long drive that minor inconvenience can get annoying. Nonetheless the resolved it they were polite about it and the rest of the time went unscathed…overall 10 out 10. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. "

"The cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general is good; they just need to pay more attention to bathroom cleanliness, especially behind the toilet. On the other hand, the sound insulation of the windows isn't very good because you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby cars on the highway."

"Thanks Good morning, I wanted to mention that the breakfast was bland; it would be great to improve the flavor. Also, the shower in the room was completely clogged; water only came out of the center of the showerhead. The reservation was for three people, and there were only two towels. It would be great to consider providing enough amenities for the number of guests."
