Thanks for your review. The restaurant/bar has had an addition added to it, as well as a new outdoor eating area with full bar and service. We've built a Motel Office it just currently, isn't completed. The rooms are small and we do provide blankets, so a space heater is efficient.

Thank you for advising us how your stay was. Yes, unfortunately, a lot our showers are small with the exception of two rooms which do have a tub/shower combo. My apologies for being disturbed at 9 am, I will advise housekeeping to pay closer attention to the time and refrain from bothering guests before 11 am.

The beds are standard twin mattress size, there is a wall heater which may not have worked, however, there was a plug-in heater that did work. The window wasn't broken, the latch was. You were rude to my staff, when they tried to help you and offer you an alternate room which we had many of. You demanded a full refund and we tried to explain to you that you had to contact Expedia to cancel the reservation first and you were never fighting to get a refund, we simply told you to call Expedia. You got your full refund.
