Lovely room, cleaned daily. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Mostly quiet. Excellent views and near local shops, restaurants. Only issue we had was that there was 1 room key - this was difficult to manage as we were 3 groups of adults who didn't do everything together. 2 keys would have been ideal - a point for improvement. Overall a fantastic hotel

Fabulous boutique hotel in a stunning location. Lovely spacious traditionally furnished comfortable room with sitting area, sea view and balcony. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Efficient fan and air con. Complimentary tea and coffee, fruit, bottled water and toiletries. Breakfast choices extensive and delicious. Beautiful grounds with 3 pools for swimming and direct access to Kata Noi beach. Staff very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff clean slept well It's a real surprise massive room sliding doors to pool etc

It was so quite.. so good..

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked the family room (3 Adults & 1 child) which overlooked the amazing pool. Good size room with all the facilities which were beautifully presented. Breakfast was included which catered for all our needs. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional . I highly recommend Rawai Palm Beach Hotel.

Great place to stay. absolutely amazing views!! 100% recommended!!

Clean room with a lovely view. Staff very friendly

Kettle is a welcome addition since we stayed here 2 years ago.

The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.

Good location. Excellent behaviour of staff - Mr. Chai was exceptional. Ms. Su was also very good. Always ready to help Spacious rooms, clean pool, nice location

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz
