"Lovely hotel, excellent location and great views. Staff really friendly. Large room which was really nice. Didnt eat in the hotel in the evening but good range of hot and cold food at breakfast. Plenty of parking which is a massive plus in the location but there is a small charge. Didnt affect us but there is only one small lift so could impact you if you dont want to use the stairs. Will definitely be back"

"Breakfast buffet was good with decent selections, bed comfortable. Room small and a bit noisy with thin walls. Bathroom dated, shower cubicle very small and a bit grubby. Hotel grounds were really nice and the staff were very friendly"

"I’ve just returned from a night at the hotel. I stayed in a junior suite. I had to speak to the cleaner to give us some toiletries, as he’d forgotten to put them in. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. Very dirty windows amongst other things. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom was very small and dated. I had a horrid sleep. Despite the bed being a cracking size. The mattress was awful. I woke up in the morning with a really sore back. The mattress was ultra soft and overused. I pretty much slept in a ‘V’ position all night Despite the lovely view, you couldn’t see it from the sofa in the room. Even though the sofa was in front of the window. The poor design meant you looked at a thick wooden balcony post. The spa was visually nice. The hot tub was more like a luke warm tub. The pool was freezing. Breakfast was soso. I would describe the English break ingredients as cheap and the continental breakfast as limited and cheap. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was good and liked the table service. Larger room with balcony was nice and clean. However the bed was a bit uncomfortable and lumpy and the sauna was not working and steam room was only partially working. Pool and jacuzzi all good. Very nice seating areas around bar and would recommend"
