"The location of the Vila is spectacular. The surrounding hills sprinkled with well groomed vineyards are breathtaking. If one pays attention can observe Roe deer and red foxes running around. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean. Unfortunately the term "Villa" is deceiving as the rooms have no connection to the living area or the kitchen. The space felt bright and welcoming, with soft lighting, clean lines, and a modern design that still managed to feel cosy. I especially appreciated the floral accents and the large wall mural, which added personality without being overwhelming. The bed was comfortable with crisp, clean bedding, and the seating area made the room feel more spacious and functional. I also liked the practical touches — a well‑organised desk, plenty of natural light from the window, and a wardrobe with enough space for a short stay. Everything was tidy and well maintained, which made the room feel inviting from the moment I walked in. "I can highly recommend this hotel. I felt that the host doesn’t just treat his guests as his business, but is willing to please them and to provide the quality services. He always kept in touch with us, nevertheless it was late, and helped us with the self check-in. We had no problem with the parking. There was a free public parking lot just in front of the hotel. The breakfast, provided by the hotel, was served in a buffet style at a restaurant nearby. It was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was already aware of our visit and we didn’t even need to explain anything. We were well taken care of at the restaurant and enjoyed our meals."

"Our hotel stay didn't actually happen because despite several emails sent by myself confirming the time and dates of my stay when we arrived at the hotel at 2am the whole place was closed for guests - I was not made aware of the fact that I would need a code to enter the building. I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again."
