9.6/10 Exceptional! (4 reviews)
Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds.
Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver.
A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more attention to cleaning webs on pool furniture and pot plants.
Overall a beautiful property lovely staff and a wonderful stay

This property is amazing and has the potential to outshine much more expensive resorts. However, the service and hospitality are a big letdown.

The place itself is nice, the swimming pool is unique in its surroundings. The staff members are very nice and courteous. The biggest downside is the level of maintenance of the rooms (all parts, icluding the bathroom and the toilet) which should improve.

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. ..."
