"Unfortunately the grounds that we overlooked had been ripped up. Perhpas the property could have mentioned this when we booked...Parking was fine, as were the public spaces and the room."

"We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! We weren't expecting to stay in L'Ampolla but are very glad we did! Our sea view provided amazing views!! The room was very nice and spacious! Only issue with the room was there was quite a lot of bird droppings on the window. We were very close to a wonderful beach and we went on a couple great hikes along the Mediterranean!"

"Difficult place to find: either SATNAV was wrong or directions! Convenient place to stay and the area is quiet, although there are enough food outlets to satisfy."

"Fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and furnished. Perfect for a short trip to the Priorat region. However, no amenities in the village so pre-arranging food plans etc is needed. However, the hotel were able to provide lovely snacks for dinner such as jamon, cheese and salad. There is a nice communal pool in the village worth a visit. Narrow streets if driving! "

"This place is stunning! Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed. The only reason I didn’t give it full 5 stars is the room was quite warm. 24-25 degrees when you’re trying to sleep is a challenge. The staff were excellent and tried to have someone come fix it but generally even after it was 23-24 degrees and we’d prefer to be able to control the temps ourselves. But otherwise this place was amazing and I definitely recommend!"
