On the website it looks like the gym is a hotel amenity, instead, you have to pay 15 CHF to access it. There are little snacks at extortionate prices. The room was dirty, there was a sticky stain on the "bedside table", there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty. I had cold shower on the first day because there was no hot water. "The staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful. The property is superbly located near Zurich station and right on Bahnhofstrasse. The room was a good size. The shower was excellent. The hotel is established and here and there a bit tired. It would not prevent me from staying again but it needs a bit of care here and there."
