"A lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful. Easy parking with big parking space in front of hotel. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. Driving to the nearest ski area (Warth) was easy 12-15 minutes and at the Jägeralp skilift there was plenty of parking. The road between Warth and Lech is closed (not sure if it is a permanent thing for winters, but that means that Lech/Oberlech can only be reached by...

"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "Thank you for the upgrade into a spacious Junior Suite with balcony. Great place if you want to ski in and out as right next to Schlosskopf skilift. "

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
