The hotel’s position right on the edge of the Venetian Harbor is unbeatable. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water and the iconic lighthouse was a daily highlight, and being just a short, peaceful walk away from the bustling heart of the Old Town offered the best of both worlds. The room was pristine, stylishly furnished, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a quiet sanctuary after a full day of exploring Crete. The daily breakfast spread was phenomenal, packed with delicious local Cretan specialties, fresh ingredients, and exceptional coffee enjoyed right by the waterfront. What truly elevated our experience was the incredible service. The entire team went out of their way to offer personalized recommendations, answer every question, and ensure every detail was taken care of with a smile.
