Comfortable stay and good staff

This is a great hotel and the staff are very welcoming. We had a very nice dinner with generous portion. The room is on solar so you need to shower in the evening, but good hot water supply. We had a problem when checking out as we had paid on booking by credit card which apparently is not accepted by the hotel and they wanted us to pay again and claim back from hotels.com. This needs urgent attention as it places the reception staff in a difficult situation and sours the experience.
