"I have to say when we pulled in i was nervous but minus that, this was a phenomenal stay! The staff was so nice and helpful. Our room was large and super clean. The highlight was the breakfast!!! So many options from hot to cold to shelf stable items. If i am ever in this area again, i will be staying here for sure. 5 out of 5 stars overall!!!"

"Room was not clean, pee odor as soon as I stepped in, the fridge had old food in it which I showed them as soon as I walked in the room. As soon as you entered the hotel, the first thing is the laundry place, the odor was just not pleasant at all. They charged me over $250 a night so I thought I was paying for something nice!!!! They only option they had for me when I told them everything was to give me a credit for next stay. I told them I don’t see myself staying here anymore. I was in town for my son soccer tournament and there was barely any place to stay but we live almost 2hrs away and the game the next day was possible at 8am. Very disappointing!!!! Then they say they can’t give me any credit back on my card because I paid through a third party…I told them it still didn’t make sense to me because i paid more than half of it with my debit card…..I am just speechless….all they said is management said they are sorry there is nothing they can do. I hope your company enjoys my hard earned money! Thanks"

"Bed was uncomfortable and covered with plastic. Heater didnt work. Barely kept the room warm running constantly. Bad draft through door to outside. Only 5 minutes of hot water. Towels were dirty and smelled of grease. I definitely would not stay here again and dont recommend at all"
