"Had a great time! The property itseis beautiful and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Everything was great! The staff is very sweet and kind. The breakfast was great as well they serve fresh omletes as well, lived every bit. Went there for a pre valentines weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We also got the hydra spa and had a relaxing time there"

"We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! The flat was beautiful with lots of natural light, cool decor and lots of storage. We asked for a cot for our baby and there was one. The kitchen is fantastic and includes all necessary items to be able to prepare a meal. We were amazed at how quickly Mickey and Christine would reply to our messages if we needed any help. Our shower was leaking, it was fixed within a few hours despite the fact that it was Christmas eve. The tumble dryer wasn't working as expected , but we were able to move to a flat where the tumble dryer was working. The Internet wasn't working one evening , Mickey called us to tell us how to reset it. Excellent customer service amend we will be booking again next time we're in Belfast! "
