Unica pecca la spa... anche se piccola mi aspettavo una piscina che magari comprendesse aree idromassaggio. La temperatura dell'acqua delle due "pozze" inadeguata.

Already a bit used/worn facility however there's apparent effort of owners to maintain it. Big room with terrace providing view to lake and mountains is good choice. Breakfast quite good. Sauna fine, outdoor pool acceptable. Big garden with playground useful for families.

Hübsches Hotel direkt am See

Ein familiär geführtes Hotel mit nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage direkt am See lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Entspannen und Sonnen im schön angelegten Garten ein, zu dem ein relativ großer Pool gehört.

Enttäuschend

Beim Check-in wurden Fragen als lästig empfunden. Am nächsten Tag war eine andere Dame da, die sehr freundlich war. Das Zimmer hat alles was man so braucht, allerdings sehr schmutzig. Der Garten und der Pool ist sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da am Rand eine breite Schmutzschicht war, sowie auch der Wellnessbereich alles andere als sauber wirkte. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Hervorzuheben ist der Blick zum See, einfach atemberaubend schön.

Nice small hotel directly on the lake. Great views of the lake and lovely garden with a swiming pool made our stay spacial. Staff is very friendly. Though rooms need a little bit of updayting

Hôtel agréable

Notre séjour d'une unique nuit en novembre ne nous a pas permis de profiter suffisamment de la vue en raison du coucher du soleil au moment de notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes alors délassés dans la partie sauna et bain bouillonnant. Refaire un séjour plus long au printemps ou en été.

pas loin de la perfection.

Nous y avons séjournés8 nuits en septembre 2016. Si l'hôtel méritera quelques travaux dans un proche avenir, nous avons apprécié en premier lieu la qualité de l'accueil, le confort de la chambre et une literie de 160, le balcon (il y a des terrasses au niv 2) le panorama sur le parc et le lac, la grande piscine et le matériel autour mis à notre disposition. Parc magnifique avec ombre et soleil. Nous avons été séduits par la salle à manger aux baies largement ouvertes sur un décor à couper le souffle et la qualité de la cuisine. Un très beau séjour en général.

ruhig und schön gelegenes Hotel direkt am See

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht, denn das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Investitionsstau und Renovierungsbedürftigkeit ergäbe eine lange Liste. Lage und Umgebung jedoch super. Zudem sehr nette Leute. Frühstück völlig okay.

Modernisierung wäre angesagt

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffett war in Ordnung. Obwohl wir zwei DZ gebucht hatten, haben unsere Freunde ein Dreibettzimmer beziehen müssen. Dieses war nicht gerade einladend. Unsere diesbezügliche Anfrage an der Reception ergab lediglich "Sorry das Hotel ist total besetzt". Dies war ärgerlich, zumal wir doch drei Nächte bereits Im Juni 2016 gebucht hatten. Neue Matratzen wären kein Luxus. Das Damen WC bei der Poolbar war mehr als dreckig. Die Zimmerreinigung war einwandfrei. Die Aussicht aus den Zimmern mit Seesicht ist sehr schön. Der Preis von 130 Euro für ein DZ mit Frühstück befindet sich an der Obergrenze.

mittelmässiger Standard, guter Service

Hotel schwierig zu finden ohne GPS. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit Seeblick. Der Balkon hätte grösser sein dürfen und die Ausstattung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen (Bett mit harter Federung und Dusche mit zu wenig Wasserdruck). Positiv waren dagegen der hoteleigene Pool mit reservierten Liegestühlen pro Zimmer. Dazu gutes Essen im Restaurant, preiswert und eine nette kleine Bar am See für Mittags, sowie guter Service allgemein.

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Strand.

Optisch eine sehr schöne Anlage, im Innenbereich jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig, den Kaffee holt man sich am Automaten, was den Vorteil hat, dass man eine gewisse Auswahl treffen kann. Das Abendessen ist sehr lecker, die Preise jedoch, ortsüblich, etwas teuer. Ein Rabatt für Hotelgäste wäre schön gewesen, so fuhren viele Gäste zum Abendessen in Nachbarorte. Teuer deshalb, weil die Portionen recht spärlich sind, wodurch man gezwungen ist, eine Vorspeise und Nachtisch mit zu bestellen.

Schönes Hotel in malerischer Landschaft

Das Hotel ist für seine drei Sterne wirklich gut. Die Lage am See, der Pool, Alles prima. Allerdings ist das Restaurant mit sehr eingeschränkter Karte versehen und das Frühstück ist "ok".

Hôtel sympathique et excellent service et petit déjeuner. Cependant la propreté su spa laisse a désirer, l'eau des bains a remous est suspecte avec des dépôts étranges, il y a des odeurs d'égout dans les salles et certains boutons ou robinets se décrochent tout seuls bref dommage pour un hotel de ce standing.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen -- Ausblick und Terrasse waren sehr schön. Morgenbüffee war reich an Auswahl und auch Service war zuvorkommend. Gartenanlage inkl. Pool war super -- was uns gestört hat, das war die Tatsache, dass am Wochenende wohl das ganze Dorf anwesend war und dadurch ein Riesen-Rummelplatz! Schade! Die Leiter in den See war leider defekt und schwierig zu benutzen.

fantastische Aussicht auf Lago Maggiore am Ostufer

Unser Double-Zimmer hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist eher bescheiden (in I üblich), dafür ist das Dîner umso mehr zu empfehlen. Wohltuendes Sprudelbad (Indoor) und Swimmingpool draußen mit direktem Zugang in den See (ohne Straße). Ranco, chiesa ist mit Bus ab Sesto Calende, Besozzo und Varese bis ca 20h erreichbar, ab Bushaltestelle 15 Min zu Fuß ins Wellnesshotel. Ranco wird täglich nur 1x vormittags und nachmittags für die Rückfahrt durch die Schifffahrt bedient - mehr Verbindungen ab/nach Angera mit Busanschluss.
