"Es la segunda ocasión que escogemos el Hotel porque nos agrada mucho el trato amable y servicial de los empleados con Jorge, Héctor y el Sr. que trabajaba en el turno de madrugada del área del snack. Áreas a mejorar incluir más variedad en el snack y siempre tenerlo surtido porque no fue así. De 2:30 a 6:30 pm y durante la madrugada es la única opción para comer y muchas veces no había nada o se demoraba en llenar. En general nos encanta porque es limpio, la comida buena, la piscina y la playa son excelentes."

"It was a great experience, friendly staff. Clean room, incredible restaurants. I will recommend if you want a VIP vacation. I stayed in the adult side of the hotel. I loved it. We will come back. The beach was quite, but have some jellyfish. The pools are clean. Great entertainment."
