"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. Hamburg Marriott Hotel

Hamburg Marriott Hotel

8/10 Good
"The room I booked was different from what I got. I booked an executive room with 1 king-size bed, and 2 windows, as shown on Expedia. But I got a room on the “Executive Level”with two full beds. When I asked the front desk about the mixup they blamed it on Expedia. “False advertising”I said. As a result I believe I overpaid for what I got."
