"Unfortunately, because of the Israel-Iran war we did not stay at this hotel but I would like to say that the manager/owner was extremely understanding of the situation and refunded our reservation, even at the last minute.
Very classy customer service for a lovely hotel!

"Great value. Excellent breakfast, great location. Very friendly helpful staff and new and clean "
"Loved the Staff. They were very nice and accommodating and supportive considering the war that started with Iran. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool area was nice to have, and the pool snack area was nice. The beach was completely closed off because the breakwaters were being constructed.
Would have been nice if they had tour availabilities within the hotel. Dinner was only twice a week. Laundry service was not available. Rooms were pretty clean but needed attention when I checked in. Would definitely stay again! Oren and Alina were absolutely helpful with any needs I had and very nice! "
"Staff are very pleasant. From check in (thanks for the upgrade) to breakfast then checking out, everybody are helpful. Thank you to Sigal Ajami, the GM, for all the nice treats sent to our room. We will be back. TODA RABA!"
