The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. "

"Booked the suite and it was as promised large enough to fit a family of four with comfort.The room was clean but not as well maintained as needed. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Some of the staff in the breakfast area weren't very friendly and nice. The breakfast was good but didn't change during our 5 day stay. Overall good value for money "
