"We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful resort. The staff members are helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There are many activities at the resort, including an adventure course with zip line, yoga, painting, cooking class, dance performance, games room. Wish we had spent a couple more days at this resort. "

"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. "The staff and service at Niraamaya is the best thing about this property. They go out of the way to make you comfortable. The food tastes like home and overall it was a great experience. The rooms and the amenities at the hotel are outdated. The pool was unusable. "

"no accommodation or food for our driver. room was okay, no TV, no AC. service was slow The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area. The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. "

"A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. "
