How come i been loyal to you guys booking trip here and i did everything by the textbook cancel my reservation on time but still not get a refund from it. Ya wasted my time and made me lose money so whoever concerned in this matter just know ya did a terrible job and I will delete this app. Since ya can’t keep a client satisfied or help in any case anyway. "While the rooms are connected to the Shoreline Hotel, they are in a separate building, thus ensuring that the noise of the hotel did not carry to the rooms. Access to the parking was a bit pocky but parking was close to the room, so easy for baggage transfer. Limited direct access from rooms the the Hotel itself."

"Clean room and useful location. However confusion on booking due to sale of hotel last November by Travelodge to Mantra. They were u aware of booking commitment re breakfast and other offers made by Travelodge. They honoured breakfast but not all amenities after discussion. Ok stay nothing special - only benefit is proximity to airport."

"In cottage 4 where I resided, the locking on sliding door was faulty and needed fixing. Condition of the rooms, neatness, cleanliness, and service at the reception was outstanding. Two double sized beds were great in accommodating a family of four."

"We had a fantastic stay here. The location is incredibly convenient — just a short stroll to plenty of great eateries, eastlands shopping centre and the ferry that takes you straight into the Hobart CBD. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully stocked, with more than enough dishwashing tablets, laundry powder, and toiletries to make the stay feel effortless. The kitchen and living area were well appointed and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. One of the highlights was definitely the view — watching the sun set over the mountains from the property was absolutely lovely and added something special to each evening. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with excellent amenities and a perfect position."
