Paid for a balcony room, which was an additional fee. Got there and was told they had no king suites. So they gave me a 2 queen room. No towels, no trash lining, so soaps or make up cloths. There was hair in the rub and dust all over. I called front desk for towels they brought them the next morning. ...

Hotel is in a great location, clean and the waterpark is always a hit for our kids, unfortunately it was closed on the day we went for staff training but we still got to use the pool just no waterslide or waterpark.
