I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn’t so insanely overpriced. Also know that this is a very dog friendly hotel. If you’re not bringing a dog and you don’t enjoy listening to barking it may not be for you.

The heating system was all messed up . couldn't turn it off or adjust it. One of employees tried to fix it and couldn't but got real ruff with the system. Other then that it was ok .

A good place to stay overnight. Our room was on a small side, no tea/coffee in the room (which, sadly, becomes a new norm). But sparkling clean, comfortable, and everything looked pretty new. We haven’t used much of the amenities as we arrived late and left in the morning. But in the morning the breakfast area was not well attended - trash started spilling out of the bin, toaster was broken (people had to hold the spring down), and the reception desk was empty, all of which slightly damaged the last impression. Other than that, it’s not bad.

I left my pillow a very nice expensive pillow and a sentimental item there by accident and when I realized it. Try told me their housekeeping never found anything. And I told them the exact room and the exact location of the two items!
