"We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit to Vaishno Devi. The staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Tilak Raj at the reception. He was extremely cooperative . His courteous attitude truly enhanced our overall experience. The hotel is very well maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, and a neat, peaceful ambience. Housekeeping did a great job, and the property was hygienic throughout our stay. Hotel is conveniently situated close to both the Katra Railway Station and the Vaishno Devi Yatra starting point. The complimentary pick-up and drop facility to the Yatra point is a thoughtful service and highly appreciated, especially for pilgrims and families. The hotel offers excellent value for money with its quality service, cleanliness, convenient location, and guest-focused hospitality. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Excellent property. Very clean. Great views of the mountains and the main shrine from here. This property is run well by Balvinder, Kuldeep, and Tilak Raj Singh. Great work by Shyamlal and Vikas. This location is close to the Katra market. I got dropped off at Banganga for Mata Vaishnodevi Darshan, and to the the Airport through them. IBoth Prahlad and Amandeep Singh are awesome drivers. I highly recommend this place and the services. Jai Mata Di! "
