I have stayed at the hotel several times during the past few years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my experience this time did not live up to my previous visits. Both elevators were broken for the duration of my stay which required me to constantly walk up and down the stairs ...

Overall enjoyed our stay. Main dining room needs to replace all dining table chairs. We needed to add booster cushions to reach the table to eat. This is a higher end hotel and should never be an issue. Loved shuttle Into Santa Fe , Peter the driver was terrific.
