"L alloggio è molto comodo per visitare Grado, che dista solo un'ora di distanza. Trieste 1,5 ore. Se ci fossero delle pentole sarebbe ancora meglio, così si potrebbe decidere se mangiare fuori o a casa. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante e viene servita con un cestino lasciato dai proprietari fuori dalla porta, è un'ottima idea. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo molto buona. "

"In generale un'esperianza positiva. Devo però rimarcare che c'era polvere sotto il letto. Inoltre, le stanze erano sprovviste di acqua corrente dalla mezzanotte alle 7 del mattino."

Le camere sono confortevoli, c è l ascensore , e per chi arriva in treno l’albergo è perfetto perché dista pochi isolati dalla stazione, perciò comodo perché Codroipo non ha taxi e i bus pubblici (fantasmi?) sono per studenti o lavoratori che già conoscono “tutto” e non ci sono segnalazioni. "
