"We liked our stay so much that we extended our 4 nights to 5. The staff were great, very nice & accommodating , the pool area was amazing, and so was our suite, it was stocked with everything you could need. The only thing I thought the room was missing was some chairs out on the porch, but overall a great vacation, will definitely be back."

"The windows don’t open. You can’t get any fresh air. Not very clean, stall smell in the room."

"The desk staff at checking were incompetent. My card was charged 4 times for "incidentals". I had to deal with the bank & the preauthorized charges won't be removed until 5/3. I will be on top of it & there will be hell to pay if they don't disappear."

"This is a very nice hotel located in a area that is easily accessible to just about everything. The hotel was being renovated but the construction started when it was supposed to and it was supposed to and was very well signed. We stayed in a renovated room that was extremely comfortable had a great bed and a new shower that was kind of cool. I've no regrets about this day whatsoever The staff was up front and amenable and we had a couple laughs about the construction, which took nothing away from my stay "

"The remodel proved an improvement to Mills Falls. I stayed at Chase house this time around. And was not disappointed. The new mattress, pillows and towels were fantastic. I also loved their new line of toiletries. The building is quiet (but I did stay here in the off season)… and I appreciated the hotels amenities. We visited the Spa and pool at Church Landing (same business-but on the other sidebar the street). All of our treatments were relaxing and enjoyable. As was the spa locker room/ relax area. The spa was more expensive than spas back home in NY. But I guess when you are on a a- that’s the price you pay. Overall, I always enjoy my stays here. And this time around, I appreciated the upgraded towels and bedding."

"I want to start by saying the staff at this hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The property is currently undergoing renovations, which I tried to keep in mind, and because of how kind the team was, I truly did not want to leave a negative review. However, due to how sick I became during my stay, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I prepaid for a two-week stay. My first room had a strong cigarette smoke smell, and the front desk quickly moved me without issue. In the second room, I noticed visible mold on the curtains and a strong moldy smell coming from the AC unit. I had to turn the AC off and open the window just to make the room tolerable. Again, staff were kind and moved me despite the hotel being fully booked. Unfortunately, my health continued to decline. I lost my voice, had watery eyes, congestion, an asthma flare-up, extreme fatigue, and even developed a rash. After checking into another hotel nearby, I felt completely better within two days. The staff did everything they could, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the room conditions, especially the mold and poor air quality, had a serious impact on my health. I hope management addresses these issues, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here."
